COVID-19 UPDATES

PHLPost now accepts international registered mail. Do note that the "transportation and delivery of mails are subject to delay depending on the situation in the country of destination".

1. NO cancellations once the order has been shipped.
2. If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact me with the subject ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATION so I could give you a refund.
3. NO exchanges for damaged or lost packages, but I am able to offer you a partial refund (excluding shipping) since how the package is handled is out of my control. Nevertheless, I will package your the products carefully.
4. Items which are not sealed aren't qualified for a refund.
5. For refunds on damaged packages, please send me pictures and/or videos of you opening a sealed package for proof here.
6. Chargebacks after pre-ordering IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED since PayPal charges a fee when a chargeback is filed against me. Please think about your purchase well before paying.
7. If you'd like to cancel a pre-order please e-mail me with the subject PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION along with your PayPal e-mail address if you're using a different e-mail to contact me.
8. If you've received the wrong item or if an item is missing, please contact me and I will replace and ship the new items as soon as possible.
9. Wrong items should be sent back to me, I shall cover the return shipping.
